Attention all USMA Students and Mothers! This coming Thursday and Friday during the 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes, we will be having a Mother’s Day Coloring Day celebration!

If you have any markers, crayons or colored pencils around the house bring them in to make your mom a masterpiece! We will be provided the juniors with paper to color on, board to write on and break, and additional drawing utensils if needed!

Today was Master Kathleen’s last day teaching and training with us. We hope you got the chance to see her and get a taste of her training. If you did not, she will hopefully be back in December to make sure everyone is on top of their game.

We, at USMA, would like to wish her a safe trip back to Boston and to come back and visit us soon!

Getting Into Shape Right Before the Judo & Grappling Seminar!

Friday, May 3rd, 2013

This week has been an exciting week full of flying side kicks, aerial bag kicking, hitting bottles with hands and nunchaks, practicing balancing techniques while trying not to fall off. As always, safety is our top priority. All this excitement leading up to the seminar in Ft.Myers.

We are wishing you a safe drive and look forward to seeing all of you there! The seminar starts at 10am. Hope you enjoy this enlightening experience!

Amazing Surprise! Master Kathleen is Here!

Thursday, May 2nd, 2013

While all the students were hard at training, out of nowhere Master Kathleen showed up from Boston. She took over the warm-up and training jolting the juniors energy until they were exhausted. Exhausted yet so happy and satisfied. She will be here in Florida tomorrow and Monday. Also, she will be taking part in tomorrow’s seminar. Welcome Back, Master Kathleen!

This past month of April we had eight students join our school! We would like to welcome them into our USMA Family and congratulate them on their beginning in developing their focus, concentration, determination, self-improvement, and overall USMA Martial Art Experience!

We look forward to the month of May and the two new students who have already started their journey; also the more to come.

Good Luck!!
