Congratulations to All Those Who Tested Today!

Friday, June 27th, 2014

All the students who tested today did an amazing job! We congratulate especially Mr. Franck, Mr. Jason, and Mr. John on their 1st Dan 1st Gup Testing. These gentleman have been a team from day one and have been motivating each other to keep going through their Martial Arts journey! They have also dedicated their time to helping and teaching the students of the 6:30pm class. We look forward to their oncoming progress for the future!

Sebastian and Garen are the future instructors of USMA with 2nd Dan Deputy 3rd and 2nd Dan 3rd Gup. They have proved it with their amazing techniques and yelling during Fridays Testing. They broke many boards at once during their power break and have been building up their confidence and discipline everyday. They teach during their classes and show great leadership skills!

Frederick and Francis both 1st Dan Deputy 2nd Dan, have shown the most improvement since they first started. They have become more confident in their abilities and especially in their focus. They demonstrated this with their board power breaks.

Raul Gonzalez of 3rd Dan 3rd Gup has dedicated himself to his goals to reach 3rd Dan. Not many are able to reach this level for the amount of knowledge needed for the requirement to test. He remembered all his requirements, executed them perfectly, and was a powerhouse during the power break!

To our color belt adult students, they are did a wonderful job because their were more confident, more focus, yelled louder than before, and worked hard to achieve their goals! We wish all of them to reach Black Belt so we can brag about all their accomplishments.

We would like to thank our judges (Master Robert Zavalakos, Master & Dr. Moshe Adler) for their participation and support during this occasion. Also we would like to thank Master Maria Zavalakos for helping to run the testing smoothly, holding, and volunteering during One-Step Sparring.

Belts and Certificates will be distributed tomorrow! No phone calls over the weekend means passing!

Good luck!
