Congratulations to Everyone Who Tested Yesterday!

Saturday, August 30th, 2014

We would like to congratulate everyone from the 6:30pm and 7:30pm classes that tested yesterday! They did an excellent job! Special congratulations to Master Moshe Adler and Master Maria Zavalakos on their testing for 5th Dan 2nd Gup yesterday! They did a wonderful job and really blew away the crowd with their form, knife form, and breaking!

Special congratulations to Kyle and Marcus on their power break of four boards or more! They did an amazing job and will be reaching Deputy Black Belt! This is an important time, since they will be on a six month probation from testing in order to determine if they qualify for 1st Dan based on the dedication, perseverance, and attitude throughout this time.

We would like to thank Mr. Franck Chantayan, Mr. John Kirby, Sebastian Kirby, Brennen Dunn-Heimer, Gianmarco Alegre, Tim and Tommy Nguyen for their continued support and help during this special event. It made the event run as smooth as possible, especially with the Masters having to judge and test right after. Special thanks also goes to Robert Zavalakos for judging this testing and for his continued support.

We would like to remind our students, if there is no phone call over the weekend…then they have passed. Belts and certificates will be given out on Tuesday since we are closed Monday for Labor Day.

We wish everyone a happy and safe weekend!

One of our Black Belts from Jamaica came to Visit Us

Monday, August 18th, 2014

Jayden came to visit during the 7:30pm class and we were very excited to see him. He was only able to pass by briefly because of his parent’s busy work schedule and also he will be going back to school in Jamaica. He was one of our proudly recognized Black belts with participation in events, demonstrations, and competition.

We wish him the best of luck and hope to see him back in December; where he will hopefully be able to train with us. Best of luck to him!

As always, we welcome our past students of any rank to visit us since we are all family, and that matters not about time.

Back to School

Monday, August 18th, 2014

We would like to congratulate our students for being back in school and wish them the best of luck for the coming term.

Here at USMA, we are diligently preparing our students for testing! Thus, we welcome our students back from the summer break to work hard to see if they can qualify for testing.

Testing dates are near for August 28 and August 29! Train hard!

No Special Training This Saturday, Two Weeks Away for Testing
