We wish Aaron a Happy 6th Birthday! Six is a big year! He was given a present on behalf of the school today and demonstrated his new kicking to his friends and family!

We also send a special thank you to The Norberto Family for bringing in cupcakes and brownies for all the children! They really loved it!

During the month of July, we have been getting fit for our minds and bodies with kicking drills, weapons techniques, kicking basics review with balancing on a bar, grappling basics with dummies, hapkisul review (grabbing techniques), and of course sparring on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Now it is time to focus on testing coming up in August. Best of luck to those who are testing!

We will be closed on July 4th (Thursday) and July 5th (Friday) of this week in observance of the Independence Day holiday weekend.
