Happy Lunar Korean New Year!
Friday, January 31st, 2014Today is the Korean Lunar New Year: “Seolla”. This is the True Turning of the Year for Koreans. They would visit their relatives (sometimes in other cities) to Meet and Perform New Year Ritual of Wishing Each Other Good Luck and Honoring their Ancestors.
Today for all the classes, Mrs.Chung made delicious Rice cake (“Tteokguk”) to Honor this special day.
We Wish Everyone A Happy New Year and Much Good Luck to You!
