We starting working on everyone’s requirements today, but have not awarded any Black Pretest Tips. If you would like to test next month, now is a good time to come in and see what your requirements are! We start awarding tips in February! See you soon!

We had a wonderful workout right after the holiday weekend and have been having heart pumping, muscle clenching, pound burning exercises all week long. We encourage everyone to come in and join in on the fun. We have until February though because testing will be rolling right around the corner. See you in class!

Welcome back from break! We hope you had a wonderful time with family and friends! Now it is time to work off some of those holidays meals that we enjoyed and relish in accomplishing our goals!

We will be starting class at 5:30pm as we usually do! And students will have the opportunity to receive their belts and certificates in case they were not able to on Saturday of last year. Overall, al our students will be receiving their certificates since testing and all other events were so close together.
