Testing is next month!

We are slowly wrapping up on our drills and cardio workouts to get back into gear for testing. This week we are starting to review forms and kicking. But starting in the first week of April we will be awarding Black Tips to qualify our students for testing. April Testing date is pending but will be at the end of the month!

We played hard, now it is time to work hard again!

During Spring Break (March 19th-March 23rd) our students are off from their schools, what better way to spend the time then with us? We have gotten into jumping, rolling, dodging water noodles (you would know if you were in class), jump kicks, kicking all sorts of targets, competing drills and much more.

Don’t miss out! We will see you in class!

We are OPEN during Spring Break

We will be OPEN during Spring Break for 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm classes during the days of March 19th (Monday) to March 23rd (Friday)! Since we just finished with testing, we have had a lots of drills, cardio workouts, techniques with knife defense and grappling. We invite you to join us!

We will temporary not have 5:30pm class

During the week of March 12th to March 16th, we will not be having 5:30pm class. However, these students are welcome to be a part of the 6:30pm class just for this week.

It is a rare opportunity to combine the classes and we look forward to seeing everyone!
